Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to perfection, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Manage fry station, ensuring timely and efficient cooking of fried foods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations.
- Assist with inventory management and food preparation as needed.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Adapt to changing menus and special requests with a positive attitude.
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment while delivering exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and cooking techniques.
- Strong communication skills and a team player mentality.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Passion for food and a desire to create memorable dining experiences.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when necessary.
