Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver outstanding guest service
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
- Oversee daily operations and ensure food quality and safety standards are met
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and labor to meet financial goals
- Monitor and improve guest satisfaction and retention
- Drive sales and profitability through effective operations and service excellence
Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- At least 2 years of management experience in a full-service, casual dining restaurant
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Available to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 60 lbs in a high-energy environment
- Experience with food safety protocols and responsible alcohol service

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
